ABOUT THE STUDIO
Created from lived experience.
Digifax Design Studio creates psychology-informed tools for people doing the honest, unglamorous work of understanding themselves.
Here's the story behind it.
STUDIO FOUNDER
Megan Brewer, Digifax Design Studio
01
"I started making these mental health tools because I couldn't find what I needed — so I started to create the worksheets myself."
The beginning
How a personal journey became a design studio
Digifax Design Studio was born from a deep love of art, psychology, and the power of self-expression. As someone navigating ADHD, BPD, and Bipolar Disorder, I found creativity to be one of the most consistent anchors I had to express myself. By finding a way of making sense to the inner chaos through education and graphic design. Encouraged by my own therapist, I turned a lifelong passion for design into something more purposeful. The worksheets I made for myself became the foundation of a growing library of tools — built with the same care I wish someone had given to me when I was first trying to figure out what I was feeling, why, and how to move forward.
These guides are not your average corporate wellness products designed by a committee who will never use the resources. These products are made by someone who actually has used them — someone who knows what it's like to stare at a generic therapy worksheet and feel nothing.
Every tool in this shop is built to actually land and resonant with the user.

The work
What we make and why we're different
Digifax Design Studio creates psychology-informed resources for therapists, educators, coaches, and individuals doing the work of their own mental and emotional self-understanding. ✓ Worksheets grounded in CBT, DBT, and ACT frameworks. ✓ ADHD planners designed for neurodivergent brains. ✓ Therapy office decor that creates psychological safety. ✓ Dopamine-inspired art that lifts a room and a mood. Every resource is built around a single commitment: clear, functional, and honest. No toxic positivity. No oversimplification. No clinical jargon that keeps people at arm's length from what they actually need to hear and understand what is being explained.
